Just quick stop at Phuket

Very kind staff, clean and spacious room, great water pressure in the shower; many good restaurants and massages close by, also a 7-11. Pool is very nice, with colder water, so you can nicely cool down.

Location is very far from everything. Breakfast could be improved and offer more options.

Lovely relax vibe.

We really liked the location as we prefer areas that are not super touristy. The hotel is directly I front of the beach. The beach itself is beautiful and not super crowded like some of the other areas in Phuket. Although Ao Yon Beach/Cape Panwa is a little bit out of the way from other tourist attractions, it is easy to get around. I recommend using the Bolt App for transportation.

Gym was a bit disappointing, so instead of the gym, I just swam every morning in the ocean, which was even better.

Not much space on the sun terrace. As sunbeds are a bit limited I feel the staff should remove towels after one hour so other guests can use the facilities as some people think it’s ok to leave them all day. Layouts s bit weird but fine once you figure it all out.

The rooftop pool was great and nice and calm in Phuket

The service and food at the flamingo restaurant attached with the hotel was very average. Room service took over 1.5 hours to come to us. Also very expensive food compared to the local restaurants next door

Peaceful location and nice setting over beach and bay.

Peaceful location with wonderful setting over the beach and sea. Room was very good standard but you did need to bend over the balcony to get the "partial sea view" All staff very friendly and helpful.

That was a great service at a great place!

What I like the most was the beach access. The hotel is located 10 meters from the beach (Ao-Yon) and the beach is great. The territory is huge, clean, and no ebbs spoiled it (while the next beach was with algae every day). In the hotel, the staff was awesome, always helpful, and polite. The food was different and fresh. Cafes, massage places, 7/11, Family Mart, and fresh fruits are close.

Internet connection was not stable, we had to connect to the near cafes' access. If there are more people than were, sun branches will be not enough. The hotel is far away from all entertainments, so if you want a nightlife rent a bike/car or choose another hotel.

Awesome

Lovely staff, very helpful and friendly. Fantastic location, great value for money. One of the best breakfast buffets I have ever seen, we were spoilt for choice. Food from the beach restaurant was also great.

Swimming pool could be a little better maintained/cleaned. But this is just an observation, not a real complaint.

What was the highlight of Bandara Phuket Beach Resort

I would highly recommend this resort, the pool and beach are just out the door.

The room was quite spacious and had everything a traveller could need including a small safe. The king size bed was large, comfortable and clean. The shower always had cold and hot water. They even had a few television channels that broadcast in English, great for when you need down time in the room. Breakfast was free and we had plenty of choices for food and drinks. There were great restaurants that I would highly recommend within walking distance, their food was always excellent. This may not be a good point for everyone but there are roosters in the area who start crowing early. I liked being awaken by them, just added to my experience. Locals are very friendly, without being hassled.

I really disliked that the cleaning staff removed the electrical key whenever they cleaned the room. Leaving your drinks and food to get warm. I mentioned on 3 separate occasions my fridge was not working properly and nothing was ever done.

Very kind and friendly staff.

In fact, during a time with corona virus, then its not OK that nearly all people at breakfast do not put hand rubbing alcohol on their hands before handling the food containers, disches etc... Please force people to do it!

We would appreciate dancing events :)

The swimming pool was accessible, provided free towels, sunbeds and umbrellas. The view from the swimming pool was nice. The cocktails were delicious and there were happy hours at the bar. We also liked direct entrance to the beach from the hotel. The hotel provided additional services like airport shuttle or sending postcards. The security guard helped with our luggage.

The air conditioning was noisy. We waited pretty long for an action after making a request to the reception desk. The cleaning staff sometimes forgot to leave fresh towels after taking the old one.

Quiet location away from the hustle and bustle.

Quiet location. Bar staff outside attentive and always willing to help. We're great with the kids giving a bit of respite for the parents. Overall staff were really lovely everyone had a smile on their face and always said hello. Breakfast was lovely good selection every morning and would tend to tide me over to the early evening.

Beers a bit pricey. View from the room wasn't fantastic but we didn't spend much time there so no bother.
